MADISON - John W. Imhoff, age71, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loving family on October 22, 2017. He was born July 14th, 1946 in Madison to Gregory and Catherine (Kurt) Imhoff. John graduated from Monona Grove High School in 1965. He worked for 34 years at Webcrafters, most of them as web scheduler. He was married to Diane Hoffman for 17 years. He married Debbie LeMay in 1989. John loved spending time with his family and friends and watching the Packers, Badgers, Brewers and NASCAR.
John is survived by his wife Debbie, his children Doug, Pam (Randy) Jolivette, Vicky (Bill) Salisbury, mother-in-law Joan Walloch, 9 grandchildren and 8.5 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters Janice (Jim) Griffin of New Hampshire, Shirley and Debbie of Madison and brothers Mike (Judy), Jerry (Cherie), Robert, Ron (Cindy), Joe (Mary), Tim (Lisa), sisters-in-law Lori (Dan) Schey and Mary Koller, all from the Madison area. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, his lunch buddies John Sanders and Don Lewis and his dog Charlie. A funeral service will be held at CROSSPOINT CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, 5011 Commercial Ave, Madison, on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 11am. Visitation will be held at the church from 9AM until the time of service on Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Carbone Cancer Center or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
