After graduation, she married the love of her life, Randy Pulda in Cedar Rapids. They were married for 44 blessed years.
Helen and Randy were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Helen volunteered in the Relief Society program for the church.
Helen was a Martha Stewart, before Martha Stewart began. She enjoyed gardening, crafts; especially making black birds, entertaining guests and decorating for each holiday. Her favorite holidays were the 4th of July, Christmas and Halloween. She enjoyed watching the Denver Broncos games and eating hot wings. Helen was very kind and supportive.
Helen is survived by her husband, Randy; children, Kimberly (William) Stevens, Tom (Ashley) Pulda, Laura (David) Lariviere and Molly (Brandon) Marsh; sisters, Teri (Steve) Stoecker, Linda Christiansen; sisters-in-law, Jane Schrader and Linda Gier; brothers, Norman Gier and Oren Cooper; 14 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Roy Gier and Jack Schrader.
Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Monday, November 6, 2017 followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. both at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2116 23rd Avenue, Greeley. Interment at Loveland Burial Park, 1702 Cleveland Avenue, Loveland.
