eller Globe in Keokuk for forty-two years and retired in 2004. Bill was a tech junkie and was always interested in the latest electronic gadgets and enjoyed spending time on the computer. His favorite pastime was watching trains pass by and taking pictures and videos of them. He loved his fur baby, Ginger, who was his constant companion. Bill was a wonderful, devoted husband and father who loved his wife and children deeply. A graveside service with military rites will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, at the Keokuk National Cemetery in Keokuk. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1-2 p.m., Thursday at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk with family meeting with friends at that time.
