Marjorie Ruth (McSpadden) White

Marjorie (Marge) White 85 passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017 in Issaquah, Washington.
Marge was born in Moline, Kansas in 1932 to John McSpadden and Othello (Wood) McSpadden.
Marge attended Moline Public Schools and graduated from Winfield High School in 1951. She attended Cottey Jr. College as well as Wichita Business College.

Marge married Leslie Merle White of Wellington, Kansas in 1953. Merle died in 2006. Marge later married Carl Bennett who died in 2014.
Marge had three children - Michele, Steven, and Catherine White.
Marge's survivors include her children - Michele (Dan) Dresher of Morton, Washington, Steve (Patty) White of Morristown, Tennessee, Cathy (Louie Mondau) White of Olympia, Washington, six grandchildren (Joel Chandler, Megan Chandler, Alicia Price, Lauren White, Carly Aemmer, Derek Aemmer), one great grandchild (Evelyn Price), a sister - Pat Hall of Hays, Kansas, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Marge was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She was a beautiful seamstress as well as an avid quilter and greatly enjoyed world travel. She was active in her church, St. Andrews Lutheran Church, in Bellevue, Washington.
Marge is preceded in death by her parents and husbands, Merle White and Carl Bennett.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate Marge's life at 1 PM on Friday, December 15, 2017, at St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Bellevue, Washington. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
