In Loving Memory of Sherman Dean Greenhill
He was born in Lorain, to Gus and Alma Greenhill on April 15, 1954.
Sherman lived in Lorain and graduated from Southview High School. He worked at US Steel upon graduation and later joined the U.S. Army. After serving the in Army he joined the Army Reserves.
Sherman enjoyed fishing, playing softball and going to casinos. Most of all he loved hanging out with family and friends. Those that knew him, as a gentle soul with a kind heart.
He will be sadly missed by his mother: Alma Greenhill of Lorain, his daughters: Almena (Paul) Metz of Columbus, Quianna Greenhill of Pennsylvania, brothers: Willie Payne, Clifford (Emma J.) Greenhill, Gary Greenhill, Raymond (Marlene) Jackson all of Lorain, sisters: Valerie Brooks, Renee Fenderson and Vicki Greenhill all of Lorain, 7 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
He was preceded in death by his father Gus Greenhill, brother Fredrick Greenhill and sister Sandra Greenhill.
