Hannah Marie Wirt, age 16, passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 6, 2017. She was born May 13, 2001 in Fremont, MI to Barney Carrier and Jamie (Wirt) Boucher. Hannah was a student at Holton High School and had been taking early college courses at Muskegon Community College. Hannah was an excellent artist; loved being outside, at the beach, on the water, or hammocking in the woods; enjoyed listening to her favorite music and drinking coffee; and snuggling with her cat, Meeko. Hannah was a vibrant, bright, beautiful, smart young woman. She was always thinking of others and dreamt of traveling the world and becoming a doctor someday.
