In 2000, he married the love of his life wife Karen Doll of 17 years. Together, they had 3 beautiful children whom he loved very much.
He was a loving and devoted family man who loved to play with his kids, nieces and nephews. Jason had strong, quiet leadership skills and was not a seeker of personal acclaim. He gave without hesitation and was a prominent and intuitive business owner.
One of his many loves was hunting with his father and uncles. He also taught his kids how to shoot and respect firearms. Creating music was yet another of his passion of his. He and his wife played in a band, Ragged Doll, more recently called Ragged. He played bass in the bands, Left of Center, Mandrake, IronRyche and Def Leppard tribute band High n Dry.
Jason was an avid outdoorsman and Broncos fan. He loved to fish and created "the best campfires" while telling ghost stories like "I'm the Ghost of Beanie Weenie". Not only did Jason know how to make others laugh, he was an extremely patient and giving man.
He is survived by his wife Karen; his three children Zachary, Rhiannon and Jacob; mother Nancy Doll; sisters and brothers-in-law Carrie and Jeff Alles, Marsha Doll, Amanda and BJ Mathews; brother Ryan Doll; mother-in-law Norma Jean; sisters-in-law Renee and Amber and many nieces and nephews. Jason was preceded by his father; grandparent Ruth and Buel Kilburn; Joe and Roseann Doll and Uncle Roland.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., Friday, November 17, 2017 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will be at 5:00 p.m., Friday, November 17, 2017 at Fort 21, 985 E. 18th Street, Greeley, Colorado.
