Dorothy B. Kindy

Dorothy B. Kindy Traverse City Michigan-Dorothy B. Kindy, 91, of Traverse City, formerly of Lake Forest, Illinois, passed peacefully on May 16, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 12, 1926 in East Dubuque, Illinois to Walter and Anna (Tranel) Breason. They preceded her in death. Dorothy married Rex Thomas Kindy Sr. on October 12, 1946 in East Dubuque, Illinois. He preceded her in death on June 19, 1987. Surviving are her children Linda (Roger) Hoch of Traverse City, MI, Judy (Tom) Tice of Lake Forest, IL and Naples FL, Janet Kindy of Fayetteville, AR., four grandchildren, Whitney Tice of Denver, CO; Kindy Tice of Chicago, IL; Ryley Tice of Brooklyn, NY and Samantha Kindy of Northbrook, IL as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Also preceding her in death is one son Rex Tom Kindy Jr. A private family memorial service celebrating her life is planned for late summer. Memorials may be made in Dorothys name to a charity of your choice. [more]
