Steve Hines Peoria-Steven D. Hines, 64, of Peoria, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at his residence. He was born on December 4, 1951, in Peoria, to Orville and Helen (Spencer) Hines. They preceded him in death. Surviving are his sisters Joanne Andrews of Arkansas, Debra (Dale) Carroll of Illinois, and one brother Maurie (Carolyn) Hines of Missouri. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Also preceding him in death is his sister Barbara Ellis. Steve graduated from Woodruff High School and Worsham College of Mortuary Science.
