Deborah Westall Elmwood Deborah J. Westall, 64, of Elmwood, passed away at 7:50 am, Thursday, June 25, 2015, at her residence. She was born on August 24, 1950 in Peoria to Paul and Bernice (Belew) Westall. Her father preceded her in death. She is survived by her mother, one brother, Dennis (Monica) Westall of Galesburg, one niece Dennise (Robert) Turner of Peoria, one nephew Scott Eckman of Texas, one great nephew Matthew Westall and a special family friend John Mr. John Robertson. Debbie retired from the Proctor Endowment Home in Peoria working as an LPN. She enjoyed traveling. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 29, 2015, at 2 pm, with a visitation from noon until the time of services at the Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Elmwood.
