her grandson's Country Western Band, for he sang her favorite songs when he entertained at different functions.
Louise was never too busy to visit a friend at nursing homes or take those who were unable to drive for groceries and appointments. She prepared meals for sick friends as often as needed.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years before his death in August,1998; son-in-law, Jack Gray who passed in December, 2012; and sister, Betty Langley.
Survivors: Daughter, Debbie Gray; son, Bruce Cherry, DDS., and wife, Karen; grandchildren, Blaine Gray and wife, Taylor, Melissa Gray Young and husband, Michael and Julia Cherry; great-grandchildren, Emma Ridout and Wyatt Gray and Matti, Mallory and twin boys, Miller and Morgan; many nieces and nephews who were loved very much and who never neglected their aunt, Louise; brother-in-law, Gail Langley whom Louise loved very much.
How fortunate she felt to have the children of her siblings, which totaled 16, keep in touch with her through visits, e-mails and phone calls. There are many cousins that have kept the tradition of family reunions going. Family and friends kept her active and interested in life.
