James Robert McGrath, age 34 of Winchester, TN, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Slidell, LA on April 3, 1983, Easter-Sunday, to Robert L. McGrath of Walker, LA and Annie McGrath of Belvidere, TN. James was a 2001 graduate of Franklin County High School in Winchester. His jobs included hauling furniture for The Moving Man and delivering furniture for Hall Furniture. He loved his guns, his wife, his computer, and his dog. He was an awesome tech guy and enjoyed working on computers and playing games on line.
He is survived by his father, and on his father's side an uncle, Michael E. McGrath of McCalla, AL; aunt, Amanda S. McGrath of Denham Springs, LA. James was preceded in death by his grandfather, Herbert J. McGrath, Sr. and grandmother, Blanch T. McGrath boyh of Slidell, LA and uncle, Herbert J. McGrath Jr. originally from Slidell.
James is also survived by his mother, and on her side a sister, Heather A. McGrath of Tulsa, OK and a half-brother, Dwayne J. McGrath of Baton Rouge, LA. James was also preceded in death by his grandmother, May R. Harmaun and his aunt, Dawn M. Mitchener all of Baton Rouge, LA.
