Survivors include his parents of Waterloo; a sister, Alivia Lynn Davidson of Waterloo; paternal grandmother, Kathy (Bruce) Palese of Green Valley, Ariz.; paternal grandfather, Larry Darling of San Antonio, Texas; maternal grandmother, Teresa (Dan) Barmore of Palo; maternal grandfather, Christopher (Toni Williams) Burns of Davenport; paternal uncle, Jarrod (Erin) Darling of Bourbonnias, Ill; maternal aunt, Amanda (Sean) Starr of Cedar Rapids; maternal uncles, Nicholas Burns of Redmond, Ore. and Andrew Barmore of Ely; three cousins, Charlotte Starr and Cal and Sophia Darling; paternal great-grandmother, Doris Burnside of Pontiac, Ill.; maternal great-grandfather, William Burns of Davenport; maternal great-grandparents, Robert & Doretta Shillinglaw of Story City and Gary and JoAnn Barmore of Cedar Rapids and many great aunts and uncles.
