Daniel "Todd" Faber

Daniel "Todd" Faber, 32, of Springdale, Arkansas, and formerly of Keokuk, Iowa, died Tuesday, April 13, 2004 in Springdale, Arkansas. Todd Faber was born on December 11, 1971 in Keokuk, Iowa. He was the son of Dan Faber and Kathy Trammell Long. He was a graduate of Keokuk Senior High. While he was in high school, he participated in football and wrestling, lettering in both. After graduation he joined the United States Navy and was honorably discharged in 1993. He was employed as an apprentice electrician. He was a member of the B.P.O.Elks Lodge in Springdale, Arkansas. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan and enjoyed boating. He enjoyed visiting with friends at the Keokuk Yacht Club. He loved being with his friends, was loved by his friends, and will be missed by us all. Survivors include his wife, Pam, of Springdale, Arkansas; his mother, Kathy Long and stepfather, Tom Donahue, of Keokuk; stepfather, Craig Surprenant and his wife, Susie, of Keokuk; brothers, Josh Surprenant of Keokuk and T.J. He was preceded in death by his father, Dan Faber; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Don Faber; grandfather, Loren Surprenant; grandmother, Lottie Trammell; and his beloved Boxer dogs, Rufus and Elwood. Graveside services with full military rites were Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at Keokuk National Cemetery in Keokuk with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Inurnment followed the service. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to the Keokuk Humane Society or Keokuk Area Hospital.
