Catherine H. Parrack

Catherine Henrietta Parrack, 80, of Keokuk, died Saturday, May 8, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at Keokuk Area Hospital in Keokuk, Iowa. Catherine Parrack was born on July 13, 1923 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Aliwishis F. and Margaret Drothagen Fritz. She married Donald Lee Parrack on March 18, 1957 in Mt. Sterling, Illinois. He preceded her in death on July 13, 1998. She had been employed at the Hall Nursing Home in Quincy, the Paper Box Office in Quincy, and had been a cook and waitress at Stipp's in Quincy. She was also a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Keokuk and had also been attending Crossview Fellowship. Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Starks and her husband, Robert, of Mt. Sterling, Illinois, Barbara Ann Beaty and her husband, Rick, of Rushville, Illinois, Donna Belle Parrack and her friend, Roger Lauderback, of Mt. Sterling, Illinois; one son, David Thomas Parrack of Mt. Sterling, Illinois; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; two sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
