Ray C. Finn

Ray C. Finn, 33, of Keokuk, died at 5:54 AM Friday, November 19, 2004 at Keokuk Area Hospital. He was born May 24, 1971 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Raymond W. and Catherine Godines Finn. He married Jeannine Sylvester on February 21, 1996 in Keokuk. She survives. He had lived in Keokuk since moving here from Salt Lake City in 1996. He had worked at Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton, Illinois and was employed by Montebello Township. He was of the Catholic faith. He loved the outdoors, football, and fishing and was an Oakland Raiders fan. He is survived by his wife, Jeannine Finn of Keokuk; two sons, Aaron Archuleta and Charles Finn of Keokuk; his mother, Catherine of Nephi, Utah; two sisters, Billene Finn of Pagosa Springs, Colorado and Ann Stockton and her husband, Matt, of Crawford, Colorado; stepmother, Sunshine Stevens of Warsaw, Illinois; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, his grandparents and a brother in infancy. Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 24, 2004, at DeJong's Funeral Home in Keokuk with Rev. Paul Connelly officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in Utah. Memorials may be made for his children.[more]
