She had participated in bowling leagues at the Cascade Lanes where she served as the secretary, and also was the Bernard/Zwingle correspondent for the Cascade Pioneer Press newspaper. Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Thomas Waller of Zwingle, IA; a son, Gregory (and his girlfriend Samantha Kluesner) Waller of Worthington, IA; her mother, Marge Shelton of Macon, GA; sisters, Kathy and her husband Jack Benny Smith of Columbus, MS, and Brenda Gibson and her husband Mitch Miller of Jackson, GA; her mother-in-law, Alberta Waller of Bernard, IA; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Rose and Randy Stoffel of Bernard, IA, Earl and Janet Waller of Bernard, IA, Allan and Tonya Waller of Bernard, IA, Barb Gantenbein of Dubuque, IA, Linda (Jerry) Hoftender of E. Dubuque, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, her father Robert W. Shelton, and father-in-law Clarence Waller.
