Mindy L. Stiner

Mindy L. (Marchese) Stiner, 63, of Tully, New York, formerly of Waterloo, died unexpectedly from natural causes at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, New York, on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. She was born on October 22, 1954, in Belmond, Iowa, daughter of Joseph and Rose (Riggan) Marchese. She married Mike Stiner on January 20, 1979, at First Congregational Church in Waterloo. They moved to Tully in 1993. Mindy enjoyed traveling and exploring the outdoors. She loved dogs, especially her three yellow labs. Most of all Mindy loved her family. She could talk to anyone and was a joy to be around. Mindy loved life. She is survived by her husband; brother, Joe (Judy) Marchese of Dumont, Iowa; sister, Mary Ann (Patrick) Moore of Waterloo; brothers-in-law Russell (Cathy) Stiner and Chuck Stiner of Ankeny; and her beloved nieces and nephews.
