Sherrie Bevering

Sherrie Ann Bevering, 36, of West Plains, Missouri, formerly of Keokuk, died at 7:55 PM, Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Keokuk Area Hospital. Ms. Bevering was born May 25, 1971 in Keokuk, Iowa the daughter of Kenneth & Carol Golz Bevering. She lived in Keokuk until about 18 months ago. She was employed as a fabricator for Forecast Sales. She was a member of the Lutheran Faith. She enjoyed sewing, crafts and gardening. She is survived by her parents, Kenneth & Carol Bevering of Keokuk, Iowa; Two children, Rebecca Bevering Pina and her husband, Storm, of Montrose, Iowa; Anastasia Johnston of Hamilton, Illinois; One sister, Lorie Larkon and her significant other, Nick Mortimer of Hamilton, Illinois; Maternal grandmother, Helen Golz of Keokuk, Iowa; Numerous Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, maternal grandfather, and Uncle, Donald Bevering. Sherrie gave the gift of sight by donating her corneas. There were no funeral services. She was cremated. The family request no flowers. Memorials may be made to Anastasia's education fund. [more]
