Rosella Clark

Rosella Clark, 91, of Keokuk, died at 12:20 AM Sunday, March 9, 2008, at River Hills Village in Keokuk. Mrs. Clark was born November 16, 1917, in Camp Point, Illinois, the daughter of Orville E. and Edith E. Van Holt White. She attended Gem City Business College. She married Mac Lafayette Clark on August 22, 1937, in Palmyra, Missouri. He preceded her in death on April 14, 1998. She was a member of First Christian Church in Keokuk. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Beverly C. and Terry W. Heil of Dallas, Texas; daughter-in-law, Pamela Clark; two granddaughters, Kim Stopak and her husband, Frank, and Lori Clark; two grandsons, Steve Heil and Mark Heil and his wife, Jacquie; and great grandchildren, Michael, Kendal, Trevor, Emily and Jake. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, Ronald M. Clark. Funeral services were held Thursday, March 13, 2008 at First Christian Church with Rev. William S. Mitchell officiating. Entombment was in the Bowen Abbey in Bowen, Illinois. Memorials may be made to First Christian Church.[more]
