He is survived by his daughter, Rosario Cantu (Santiago) of La Blanca, Marcela Linda Martinez of Weslaco, grandchildren, Dixie Elizondo (Frank) of McAllen, Loni Adrianna Fife (Steve) of Phoenix, AZ, Santiago Cantu Jr. of La Blanca, Crystal Cantu Tamez (Adolfo) of La Blanca, Mona-Elo Martinez of Weslaco, Kathlyn Rose Cantu of Portland, OR, great-grandchildren, Isaiah Tamez, Sadie, Tristan, Logan, and his provider, Rosa Elia Sanchez, who the family would like to offer special thanks for her 21 years of dedicated service to Ramon. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 19th, from 3-9pm, with a rosary at 7 pm. A mass will be held on Wednesday, December 20th, at 10 am, with Father Francisco Solis officiating, burial to follow at Highland Memorial Park.
