Deana Hall

Deana Elaine Hall, 69, of West Burlington, Iowa died Friday, October 17, 2008 at 11:15 P.M. at her home. She was born on June 28, 1939 in Keokuk, Iowa the daughter of Lavern and Edna (Johnson) Johnson. She married David J. Hall in DeWitt, Iowa on November 23, 1975. He preceded her in death on February 26, 2000. Mrs. Hall worked for the Lee County Ambulance EMT I. She was also a volunteer for the Great River Medical Center Hospice and worked as a CNA for Great River Health Care in West Burlington, Iowa. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Burlington, Iowa. She is survived by; three children: Kimberley S. Dempsy and her husband Bob of Davenport, Iowa; Tina M. Baker and her husband Dennis of Burlington, Iowa; Mark A. Palmer and his wife Kelly of Davenport, Iowa; six grandchildren & six great grandchildren; and a dear friend Gayle Lawley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David J. Hall and an infant daughter Susan Marie. There will be no visitation or service. Deana will be buried with her husband in Keokuk National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Great River Medical Center Hospice. [more]
