Funeral services for William Franklin Wallace, 77, of Tipton, who died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, will be held on Friday, March 4, 2011 at 11:00 am at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton with Rev. Richard Smith officiating. Organist will be Sue Nebergall, vocalist, Lorraine Abrahamson, and casket bearers are: Damen Wallace, Travis Wallace, Jason Wallace, Gerald Stout, Robbi Wallace, Kameron Wallace, Chris Wallace, and Michael Wallace, Jr.; honorary casket bearers will be: Kara Logsdon, Katie Wallace, Mindy Wallace, Amy Wallace, Angie Wallace, Jessica Wallace, Cassie Wallace, and Amber Meier. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 3, 2011 from 4-7pm Thursday at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Burial will take place the Red Oak Cemetery at a later date. William Franklin Wallace, son of William A. and Marion Driscoll Wallace, was born February 15, 1934, in Dubuque, Iowa. He attended school in Bankston, Iowa. On November 14, 1953, William was united in marriage to Barbara Ellen Birch in Dubuque. William was a member of the Tipton Bible Church. He was employed by PCI as a dozer operator from 1992 to 2005.
