Jim A. Greer, age 52, passed away at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2008 at the Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, Fort Wayne, IN. Born on June 30, 1956 in Whitley County, IN, he was the son of Howard W. and Wynemia (McDonald) Greer.He graduated from Central Noble High School, Albion, IN with the Class of 1975. In 1978, he moved from Noble County to Whitley County, IN. On October 4, 1996, he married Cindy S. Hively in Columbia City. For 20 years he worked with Group Dekko, Kendallville, IN. Since 2006, he has been co-owner, vice president and general manager of Electri-Tec, Angola, IN. His memberships included Sugar Creek Fellowship Church of the Nazarene Church, South Whitley, IN and the Elks, Columbia City.Survivors include his wife, Cindy S. Greer of Columbia City, IN; 2 step-sons, Ryan W. (Cara) Hively of Fishers, IN and Brant R.
