JOYCELIN A. CRAMER

Joycelin A. Cramer, age 79, of Columbia City, Ind. passed away at 4:24 a.m. on Easter Sunday, April 24, 2011 at her residence.Born on December 6, 1931 in Mentone, Ind., she was the daughter of Lee L. and Helen N. (Personett) Blue. She has been a Whitley County resident since her marriage in 1951.She graduated from Bourbon High School, Bourbon, Ind. with the Class of 1949.On March 9, 1951, she married Joseph R. Cramer at Columbia City.She worked for Precision Plastics for 13 years. Survivors include her children, Vicky L. (James) Schrader of South Whitley, Ind., Julie A. Roberts of Evansville, Ind., Michael J. (Anna) Cramer of Panama City, FL, andTerry J. Lockard of Columbia City; sisters, Avonell Tracy of Plymouth, Ind., Sharon Fisher of Breman, Ind.; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joseph R. Cramer in September of 2006, son, Joseph Cramer and brothers, Myron and James Blue. Services are private.Burial will take place at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bourbon, Ind.
