Shanna Lorraine Ballard, age 23 and her unborn daughter, Paisley Rebbecca Jo Ballard of Albion, IN, both passed away at 12:12 p.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, IN.Shanna was born January 26, 1989 in Columbia City, she was the daughter of Donald Millard and Rebbecca L. (Carpenter) Hodgkins. She graduated from Columbia City High School with the Class of 2007. She received her Medical Assistant degree from Ross Medical College, Fort Wayne. She was also employed at Bones Theater, Columbia City. She was married to Jeremiah Eugene Ballard on April 4, 2010 in Noble County. Visitation will be Friday, November 9, 2012 from 3-7:00 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City with funeral service immediately following at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor "Uncle Todd" Prough of the Spirit of Faith Fellowship, Goshen will be officiating.
