eave her home by giving copies of Jesus Calling to those who visited or cared for her. She wanted to share with others the peace and joy that comes from a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Marilyn was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She is survived by Donna Ober and Joyce Entgelmeier (Harold) of Humboldt, IA; Ronald Van Sickle of Estherville, IA; nieces Judy, Michelle, and Susan, and nephews Doug, Rick, Bob, Jim, Jeff, and Brian; along with many great and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Maxine, brother Richard, niece Carolyn, sister-in-law Joan, and brother-in-law Phil.
Burial of her cremated remains will take place at a later (and warmer) time, per her request, on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Union Cemetery in Humboldt, IA. Memorials may be made to Oak Hill Church in Humboldt.
