Shirley Ann Lange, 90, of Dubuque, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at Dubuque Specialty Care.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 8, at Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Burial will be at Linwood Cemetery. Friends may greet the family from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, January 7, at Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3860 Asbury Rd., Dubuque.
Shirley was born July 25, 1927 in Dubuque, the daughter of Ernest and Ruth (Collins) Breithaupt. She married Dorrance John Lange in 1948 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He preceded her in death in 1981.
Shirley was employed at the Dubuque Packing Company for 17 years, and at Riverside Bowling for 12 years. Shirley loved the river, and was a member of the Dubuque Boat Club First Mates. She enjoyed visiting the river to watch the towboats. She was an avid Cubs fan. Shirley enjoyed travelling with her husband and son, count and cross-stitch, and working on the landscaping in the yard.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Eileen (Fred) Schulze.
Memorials may be made to the Shirley Ann Lange Memorial Fund.
