Savannah Kay Daniels (26) of Laporte , Colorado passed away January 2, 2018 after a tragic car accident. Savannah attended Cache La Poudre Elementary & Jr. High and graduated from Poudre High School in 2011. Savannah was so full of life and loved her family and friends dearly. She had a very strong passion for caring and saving all types of animals. She was an amazing daughter, granddaughter, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. She was an outgoing individual who touched the hearts of everyones path she crossed. Even after her passing she has helped numerous people through her wish to be an organ donor. Savannah stayed busy with working several jobs. She was currently employed at Laporte Pizza, Safeway and City of Fort Collins. Even though she was always busy she still found time to be there to support any one who needed a friend. Viewing will be held 12 - 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery.
