and then Trinity Regional Hospital where she worked at the information desk and volunteered at the hospital for many years. During her free time she loved swimming at Expo pool with her Expo deck club friends, spending time with her family and friends and reading. Although never having gone there, her heart for Mali, West Africa and the work of her friends Dan and Marsha Haines continued until the time of her death. Memorials will be sent to the Haines work in Mali. She is survived by her two daughters Jane (Greg) Boyle of Ankeny, Barb (Jeff) Jerome of Sioux City; grandchildren Shaun (Marybeth) Boyle Altoona, Scott Boyle (Ciar Carnall) Clear Lake, Adam Jerome Sioux City, Allison (Bryce) Abbas of Carroll and Sara Jerome of Sioux City. Great grandchildren Payton, Reagan, Harper and Joshua. Flora lea was preceded in death by her husband Gordon, parents Paul and Flora Rogers, two brothers Dr. Paul Rogers and Gene Rogers and two sisters Shirley Hull and Martha Rogers. The family would like to thank Hospice of Siouxland for their compassionate and gentle care, Des Moines University and Gunderson Funeral Home for their help in making Flora's wishes a reality. As our Mom said before she passed, "God is so good!"
