ney General of Florida. After attending the Institute for Court Management through the University of Denver Law Center, Wilbur became Miami-Dade County's first Court Administrator in 1971. He served in that role until 1980, when he left to become Senior Vice President and General Counsel for American Hospital Management Corporation. He ultimately returned to the law library system and retired in 1999. After retirement, he was an avid reader and, until recently, active in his church. Wilbur is survived by three sons, Douglas A. McDuff, and Agnes Pagan, who are to be married this summer, of Miami, FL; Richard H. McDuff, and his wife Elizabeth, of Seneca, SC, and Scott C. McDuff, and his wife, Kelly, of Highlands, NC; five grandchildren, Alexis, Christopher, Meghan, Lucas and Noah and a great granddaughter, Nya. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Lena (Tabor), and his wife, Elizabeth Frances McDuff in 1998.
