issed an opportunity to say "I love you and I am proud of you!" He set the standard for hard work and dedication to family, and we greatly loved and admired him for it.
He was also a man of great faith and a member of Calvary Chapel in Burleson. Dad dealt with much physical pain in life through many ailments, and we are grateful that the pain has been lifted and he has been made whole in Christ. We rest assured with the knowledge that he is now in the loving embrace of our Savior.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ethel Jackson; by brothers, Charles and Kenneth Jackson; and by his sister, Anna Neace.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Betty May Jackson of Crowley, Texas; his children, Jennifer Vanover and husband, Bobby, of Crowley, Texas and David Jackson and wife, Melissa, of Grapevine, Texas; his three beloved grandchildren Grayson Jackson, Brendan Jackson and Kaylin Jackson, of Grapevine, Texas; his sister, Lorene Senft of Edmond, Oklahoma; and his brother, John Jackson and wife, Lena of Forney, Texas.
He was truly a giant among men with an amazing, caring and kind heart. We will miss him so and look forward to our reunion in heaven. We love you Daddy! Always and forever!
