Carrie Mae Basden, 76, of High FallsCarrie Mae Foss Basden, 76, of Ellenville, NY passed away peacefully in her daughter's home on January 21, 2018 in Saugerties NY surrounded by her family. Born January 28, 1941 in North Carolina she was the daughter of the late Harold And Esther Winders Foss. A 53 year resident of Ulster County, she co-owned Woody's Auto Repair in Ellenville. Predeceased by her husband , Woodrow and sons Woody Gene Sr and Larry Basden. Survivors include Daughters; Lois Basden (Dennis) of Saugerties, Theresa Torres (Jose) of Ellenville, Joyce Minuck (Charles) of Kerhonkson, Joann Iocovello (Lisa) of Highland, and Amy Marie Basden at home. A son David Earl Basden of Ellenville. Brothers Delmas and William Foss, sisters Betty Ezzell, Marie Hobbs, Brenda Wray and Hilda Gurganus all of North Carolina. Carrie will also be forever remembered by her 12 Grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.  Her Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM [more]
