Clark H. Speedy, 55, of Allison, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018, at the Waverly Hospital in Waverly, Iowa.
He was born January 20, 1963, in Charles City, Iowa, to Clair M. and Alberta (Van Dyke) Speedy. Clark graduated from Allison Bristow High School in 1981. He was united in marriage to Marcia Wubbena on June 2, 1989, in Dumont, Iowa. Clark worked as a machinist at Rada manufacturing in Waverly, Iowa. He was a member of the Allison Congregational Church in Allison. Clark enjoyed photography, especially taking pictures of his children's activities, collecting and shooting guns, riding bicycles, hiking, trips to the Colorado mountains and spending time with his family.
Clark is survived by his wife Marcia Speedy of Allison, daughter Brianna (Cody) Speedy Klunder of Greene, daughter Marisa (Brett Stirling) Speedy of Allison, mother Alberta Opperman of Allison, brother Todd J. (Donna) Speedy of Hampton, father-in-law Duane Wubbena of Dumont.
He was preceded in death by his father Clair Speedy, stepfather Herschel Opperman, mother-in-law Laura Wubbena and brother-in-law Tom Van Ellen.
