It was time for her to move close to her Minnesota family, where she lived out the last three years of her life. She continued to enjoy her many visits with her daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. LaVonne was a member of the Prairie City United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and Chapter AV PEO. The family will hold a memorial service on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Prairie City United Methodist Church, as they celebrate 100 years of her wonderful life. LaVonne's cremains will be interred at North Lawn Cemetery in Fort Dodge, IA at a later date.
