Funeral services for Mrs. Alba D. Allen, 79, of Hilham will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 8 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home, Livingston, TN with burial in Allen Chapel Cemetery, Hilham, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 - 9 p.m.Mrs. Allen died December 6, 2007 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was born July 15, 1928 in Overton County to the late Raymond and Plumie Hamilton Boles. She was a garment factory worker.She was a member of Allen Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.She is survived by sons daughters-in-law, James (Bud) Carol Allen, Wayne Mary Allen, Doug Lora Allen, and Dennis Elaine Allen, all of Hilham; daughters son-in-law, Janet Wilborn of Livingston and Sandra Gerald Goodpasture of Hilham; 25 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; brothers sisters-in-law, Ray Sandy Boles of Hilham, and Wheeler Lola Boles and Hank Peggy Boles, all of Cookeville; sisters, Reba Dillon of Cookeville, and Thelma Mullinero Sue Jean Vinson, both of Las Vegas, NV.She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband: M.
