Funeral services for Mr. Herbert David Cope, age 55, of Livingston will be conducted at 2 p.m., Sunday, August 9, 2009 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Aron Dillon officiating. Burial will be in the McDonald Cemetery in Monroe, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 10 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m.Mr. Cope died August 7, 2009 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born November 10, 1953 in Fentress County to William Leymon and Novie Pulliams Cope. He was a brick mason.He is survived by his wife, Mary Cope of Livingston; 2 sons, David and Kenneth Cope, both of Livingston; step-son, Richard Owens of Livingston; 2 daughters, Crystal and Chasity Cope, both of Livingston; his mother, Novie Cope of Livingston; 9 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Janice Flowers and Connie Holman, both of Livingston; and a brother, William Cope of Livingston.He is preceded in death by his father.
