Funeral services for Mrs. Norma June Garrett Loftis, age 67, of Allons will be conducted at 2 p.m., Thursday, February 3, 2011 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with burial in the Fellowship Cemetery in Allons. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 9 p.m.Ms. Loftis died January 31, 2011 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was born August 15, 1943 in Overton County to the late R. D. Pelma Johnson Garrett. She worked in the cafeteria at Overton County Nursing Home.She was Baptist in faith.She is survived by a sister, Virginia Dodson of Livingston; 4 nephews, Tim Dodson, Richard, Ronnie, Raymond Garrett; a niece, Susie Misenhimer; a sister-in-law, Betty Garrett of Allons; and a brother-in-law, Junior Beechboard of Allons.She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister: Onia Beechboard, and 2 brothers: Clurel and J.
