Funeral service for Mrs. Lucy Brown, age 80, of Rickman will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday, December 3, 2012 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Dwayne Hargis officiating. Burial will be in the Red Hill Cemetery in Jackson Co., TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11 a.m. till time for service at 2 p.m.Mrs. Brown passed away on December 2, 2012 at her home. She was born February 16, 1932 in Jackson County to the late Luke Della Mae Richardson Scott. She was a housewife.She is survived by 3 daughters, Norma Jean Sidwell and Lora Leigh Brown, both of Rickman and Jo Ann Stafford of Hartsville, TN; and a sister, Lary Petty of Gainesboro, TN.She is preceded in death by her husband: George U.L.
