Funeral services for Mr. Carl Kenneth Barlow, age 85, of Livingston will be conducted at 2 p.m., Thursday, August 22, 2013 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Bobby Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Maxwell Chapel Cemetery in Hilham. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 until 9 p.m.Mr. Barlow passed away August 19, 2013 at the Overton County Nursing Home. He was born January 31, 1928 in Jackson County to the late Alfred Verda Brown Barlow. He was a backhoe operator for Buckeye Septic Installation.He was a member of Rickman First Freewill Baptist Church.He is survived by brothers, Ray wife, Pat Barlow of Livingston and Roy wife, Barbara Barlow of Hilham; son-in-law, Mark Sisco of Antioch, TN; sisters-in-law, Ova Barlow of Cookeville and Thelma Barlow of Gainesboro; and special friends, Glen Roberta "Bobbie" Vinson and C.D.
