Funeral services for Mrs. Clodell Smith Ogletree, age 85, of Livingston will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday, December 14, 2013 from the Walnut Grove Church of Christ with Bro. Bobby Gore officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Livingston. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church.Mrs. Ogletree passed away December 11, 2013 at Bethesda Health Care Center in Cookeville. She was born November 15, 1928 in Overton County to the late Leslie Otto Larchie Taylor Smith. She owned operated a greenhouse/nursery with her husband.The joy of her life was her family, the friends she loved so dearly, and her church family the Walnut Grove Church of Christ where she was a member.She is survived by her husband, Walter "Speck" Ogletree of Livingston; daughter son-in-law, Dian Doug Franklin of Livingston; granddaughter, Jennifer Masters husband, Shawn of Cookeville; grandson, Brian Franklin wife, Stacie of Monroe; 2 great-grandchildren, Callie Jacob Swallows; and an aunt, Ruth Watkins.She is preceded in death by her parents.Pallbearers to serve are Dwain Bilbrey, Rick Johnson, Johnny Hunter, Jerry Garrett, Brian Franklin, S...[more]
