DURELL MAYNORD

Funeral services for Mr. Durell Maynord, age 72, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2015 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Randy Maynord, & Bro. Damon Corley officiating. Burial will be in the Hunter Cove Cemetery in Allons, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 9 p.m. Mr. Maynord passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at his home. He was born in Overton County on June 2, 1942 to the late Void C. & Thelma Bilbrey Maynord. He loved being a Long-Haul Truck Driver for over 40 years. He enjoyed working on his cattle farm in Allons, taking care of his yard, and being with his grandkids. He had a passion for Antique Tractors. He and his wife enjoyed travling everywhere listening to Southern Gospel Bands & Choirs. He was a member of the Allons Baptist Church.
