Funeral services for Mrs. Janice Kay Copeland, age 70, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from the First Baptist Church in Livingston with Bro. Joel Chappell Sr. officiating. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens in Livingston. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. Mrs. Copeland passed away April 19, 2015 at Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, with her family at her side. She was born February 4, 1945 in Overton County to the late Osby & Vonda Winningham Dennis. She owned and operated her own florist for many years. Her passion was arranging flowers for her community and friends, always smiling and treating everyone as her own family. She is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of 52 years, Steve Copeland of Livingston; adopted son, Steven Copeland of Livingston; adopted daughter, Rosa Martin of Pennsacola, FL; grandchildren, Alexis Allen, Elizabeth Copeland, Angel Copeland, William Copeland, Clarence Lewis Martin II, and Mary Lyn Martin; adopted granddaughter, Hilary Crabtree of Livingston; and a brother, Linus Dennis of California.
