Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Frances Sells, age 70, of Livingston will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from the Flatt Creek Cemetery with burial to follow. The family will receive friends at Speck Funeral Home on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until time to leave for the cemetery.Mrs. Sells passed away August 31, 2015 at her home. She was born April 20, 1945 in Overton County to the late George Washington and Eunice Flowers Garrett. She was a housewife. She is survived by her husband, Jack Sells of Livingston; sons, Billy Rhonda Sells of Jamestown and Mike Vicki Sells of Allons; daugter, Annie Sells of Livingston; sister, Lucille Oakley of Livingston; 6 grandchildren, Whitney Depolitte, Cheya Sells, Dalton Sells, Andrew King, Jenna Sells, Breanna Presley along with 4 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Robert Frank Garrett, and sisters: Hassie LaBlanc, Sylvia Ledbetter, Bonnie Davis, Connie Davis, Gearldene Dale, Mozelle Garrett.[more]
