Funeral services for Mrs. Patsy Hammock Wright, age 73, of Monroe will be held 2 p.m., Monday, November 2, 2015 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston. Bro. Tim Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in the Nelson Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. until time of services at Speck Funeral Home. Mrs. Wright passed from this life at her home in Monroe, with her family at her side on Thursday evening, October 29, 2015. She was born April 24, 1942 in Overton County to the late Burt Lyda Copeland Hammock. She worked as a custodian at the Vol State Community College here in Livingston. She was a member of the Oak Dale Baptist Church. She loved God and reading her Bible daily. She enjoyed cooking and canning for her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother.
