Funeral services for Mr. Johnny Edward Halfacre, age 66, of Livingston will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 30, 2016 from the Livingston Church of Christ with Bro. Brooks Boyd officiating. Burial will be in the Good Hope Cemetery in Livingston. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church. Johnny passed away January 27, 2016 at Upper Cumberland Hospice Palliative Care in Cookeville, TN. He was born Spetember 12, 1949 to the late Leo Boles Sr. Vannie Lou Poore Halfacre in Overton County. He was the owner and operator of Livingston Handle Co. He was a member and Deacon of the Livingston Church of Christ. He served for 20 years as an Alderman for the City of Livingston, was Airport Committee Chairman, member of the Livingston Masonic Lodge #259, and the Three Decrees Masonic Motorcycle Club. He loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, playing golf, making music, flying airplanes, hunting, Karate. Johnny simply loved life.
