Funeral services for Mr. James Billy Hogue, age 78, of Livingston will be conducted 2 p.m., Sunday, August 6, 2017, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Brian Hogue & Bro. Jerry Harris will officiate. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Saturday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home. Mr. James Billy Hogue passed from this life at the Overton County Health and Rehab, on Friday morning, August 4, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in on July 11, 1939 to the late Bedford & Beulah Bowman Hogue. He and Coleen were married for 56 wonderful years and raised 4 beautiful children. He loved his children, going to church and helping others. He also enjoyed fishing, working on cars and all other kinds of machinery.
