s employed as an automotive body and mechanic instructor at Arsenal Technical High School until he retired. Joe was an active part of several churches where he served Faithfully. However, he found a home at Veteran's Memorial Chapel where he worshiped and served the Lord until his health began to decline. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Brothers Paul, Charles, Clarence, Johnny Lee, Guy Jr, Walter Lee, and sister Bettye. He leaves to carry on his memory sisters, Clarice, Mary, brothers Willie (Adriana), and Samuel (Pam). Wife Janice, sons Joe Jr(Janice), Duane (Joan), Dwight, six grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins friends and two special friends Dennis and Nikia.
