music connoisseur. He was the family historian and was extremely proud of his Mexican heritage. Paul was an avid reader and writer, sharing many stories with those he loved. He was a foody and enjoyed White Castle, Lucky's Chinese food, Ricobene Italian and Mexican Tacos best. Paul was an avid Chicago sports-fan, supporting his favorite teams: White Sox, Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, and Black Hawks. Paul will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Joseph Cervantes.
Survivors include his brothers, Michael Galvan, Sr., and David Galvan and his wife, Lydia; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends, including his special cousin, Maria Perez, and his friend, Linda Young.
There will be a private memorial service and celebration of Paul's life at a later date in Chicago.
