Leandro "Lee" Castro

Evangelist Leandro "Lee" Castro, 78, left to be with our Lord on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 surrounded by his loving family in Mercedes, Texas. Lee was born November 4, 1939 to Isaias V. Castro and Josefa Mejia in San Diego, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Daniel M. and Moises Castro. He is survived by his wife America Castro, his children; Leandro I. (Denise) Castro, Lee Ann Castro, Erica (Alberto) Canales, and Christopher Castro, grandchildren; Ashlee Castro, Molly Seaman, Natalee Castro and Kaitlyn Canales, sisters; Ester C. Garcia, Maria Elena C. Franco and Enriqueta C. Nelson.

Visitation was Thursday, February 15, 2018 from: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. "Chapel of the Angels".

Chapel service was at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 16, 2018 at Guerra Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.

Interment was followed to Highland Memorial Park of Weslaco, TX.

Funeral arrangements were placed under the care and trust of Guerra Funeral Home of Elsa, TX.
